Product acquisition & product use

A product acquisition is considered successful from the time the corresponding access rights are obtained.

From this point on, refunds are no longer possible, but out of goodwill, refunds may be allowed if one of the following provisions applies:

  • The product does not run on the client computer after a staff member has checked it
  • Purchase of a wrong product
  • Unintentional double payments

The final decision on refunds as a gesture of goodwill is the responsibility of the processing staff member, regardless of any applicable provisions.

When using products, this service collects information about the system used (hardware ID) to ensure the uniqueness of the client used and from security measures.

This information expands the privacy policy of this service unanimously the specifications of the DSGVO. This information includes:

  • The hardware information used by the client
  • The network infrastructure used by the client
  • The software running on the client

A hardware ID is bound to one account and exactly one device. A device can be changed by a manual check if it can be fully ensured that the new hardware can be assigned to the same user.

Use of any of the products offered by this service may violate the policies of third parties. The user alone is responsible for compliance with these regulations, as a result of which this service will not refund or compensate for any restrictions.

Account regulations

An account is bound to exactly one natural person. The sharing or creation of one and/or several accounts is prohibited and will be punished with a permanent exclusion of both accounts. Content of any kind, which can be viewed and used through the purchase of products, is not to be shared, except with users who can also view it through similar purchases.

Every user is responsible for keeping his data secret, this service provides appropriate security measures so that users can only view their own data.

Should a user allow further access to this service by means of an invitation code, the inviting party shall be deemed to be responsible for the invitee and may be restricted equivalent to the actions of the latter in the event of failure to comply with these provisions.

Violation of these terms may result in temporary or permanent account and permitted Hadrware ID restriction and may result in the inability to use any of our services. The restriction of an account does not entitle to a refund.

Furthermore, this service reserves the householder's rights, through which the administration can restrict users temporarily or permanently, regardless of reasons.

These terms may be changed at any time without notice.
